As an independently owned and operated funeral home and cemetery, we are totally dedicated to our profession and to the families we serve.
A special feature of our site is our "online" obituary page. We post all obituaries and you're welcome to offer your condolences online by visiting this section of our website.
You can also view pre-planning information while in the privacy and comfort of your own home. Just knowing your family can be spared from having to make immediate and difficult decisions at a time of deep personal loss can provide you with peace of mind.

Robert Morgan, General Manager
Originally from Selma, Alabama, Robert has worked in the funeral business since 1999. He graduated from Jefferson State Community College with a degree in Mortuary Science. Robert is a licensed funeral director and embalmer as well as a licensed pre-need sales agent. He has been employeed at Prattville Memorial Chapel and Memory Gardens since 2003.

Taylor Stein, Funeral Director/Embalmer
Taylor is a Prattville, Alabama native and graduated from Prattville High School in 2004. He has been employed at Prattville Memorial Chapel and Memory Gardens since 2006. He graduated from Jefferson State Community College with a degree in Funeral Service and Mortuary Science. Taylor is a licensed funeral director, embalmer and preneed sales agent. Outside of work Taylor is a loving husband to his wife, Kayla and father to his son, Slade.

Ashley Walker Veltjes, Administrative Assistant
Ashley is from Millbrook, Alabama and graduated from Stanhope Elmore High School in 2003. She began working at Prattville Memorial Chapel in the summer of 2012. She is in charge of all things administrative, as well as preneed sales agent. She is happily married to her husband, David and together they have five beautiful teenagers, Carly, Hayden, Aubrey, Zach and Addison.

Marilyn Kilgore Marshall, Funeral Director
Marilyn is life-long resident of Prattville, AL and she has been employed with our company for over 30 years. She is licensed funeral director, cemeterian and preneed sales agent. Marilyn enjoys waiting on families and loves day to day activites.
