Roger Dale Rodgers, long time resident of Prattville, AL, died December 31, 2020 at the age of 61. Roger was born on January 8, 1959 to Lewis Edward Rodgers and Louise Gertie Rodgers in Montgomery, AL. He served in the United States Army from 1976 to 1988, the Alabama National Guard from 1988 to 2003, and worked for Barbers' Dairy for thirty-two years. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Frieda (née West); eight children: Dawn, Constance (Aaron), Roger (Christy), Lisa (Luke), Tiffany (Andrew), Beth (Journey), Madison, and Samantha; thirteen grandchildren: Alaina, Jerry Allen, Allison, Santana, Jessica, Lacie, Ethan, Eloise, Natalie, Liam, Henry, Chelsea, and Grayson; three great-grandchildren: Cameron, Bristol, and Zachary; one sister Sharon, and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Friday, January 8, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Prattville Memorial Chapel.
