Mary Ingram Taylor

September 17, 1934 - March 18, 2022

Taylor, Mary Ingram, 87, resident of Prattville, AL, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 18, 2022. A graveside funeral service will be held on Monday, March 21, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Prattville Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held on Monday at Prattville Memorial Chapel from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. Mrs. Taylor was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Taylor; and her parents, William and Bessie Ingram. Mary graduated from Troy High School and was a member of the Beta Club which is now known as the National Beta Club. She is survived by her several nieces and nephews, their spouses, and their children. Mrs. Taylor worked for the state of Alabama and retired after 35 years of service. She was an avid Alabama fan. She loved going on retreats with her retired friends and loved to garden. She also loved all children and dogs. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made, in her honor, to your local animal shelter or to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
