Brittany Gates GATES, Brittany, 29, resident of Prattville, AL, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 5, 2022. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, from Boones Chapel Church at 1:00 p.m. with Brother Matt Hall officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Brittany was preceded in death by her father, Andy Jackson; paternal grandparents, James and Iola Jackson; maternal grandparents, James Comer Holley and Alma Jane Morgan. She is survived by her loving husband, Matthew Gates; her children, James, Holley and Molly; mother, Bronda Cook; father, Charles Cook; one brother, Phillip (Kayla) Cook; one sister, Laura (Jeremy) Autery; a host of nieces and nephews; extended family and many friends. "So I will bless you as long as I live; in your name I will lift up my hands." Psalm 63:4 "No words could better describe Brittany's life!! From the presence she brought into any room she entered to the way she could calm your spirit with a touch of her smile, how could we not glorify the Father for just a taste of her life with us? Brittany will be missed by a multitude of people!! We are told to make disciples of all nations. I believe Brittany was on track to share Him with the world!! How Great is Our God!!
