SUE COOK POPE

Pope, Sue Cook, 72, a resident ofPrattville,Alabamadied Thursday, December 8, 2011. A memorial service will be held on Sunday December 11, 2011 at theFirstUnitedMethodistChurchat 1:30 pm with Reverend Rob Couch and Gorman Houston officiating. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Buchanan Cook and Thelma Jacobs; two brothers, Byron Cook and James Cook. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Eddie Pope; two daughters, Liza Peterson (Drew), Mandy Smith (Mike) and four grandchildren, Jacob Peterson, Preston Peterson, Caroline Smith and Spencer Smith. The family will hold a private graveside service on Sunday, December 11, 2011 prior to the memorial service. The family will receive friends following the memorial service atFirstUnitedMethodistChurch.
