Hagans, Ralph Wayne, 69, a resident of Wetumpka, Alabama, died Monday, December 05, 2011. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 from Prattville Memorial Chapel at 11:00 am with Reverend Greg Kelley officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery with Prattville Memorial Chapel Directing. Mr. Hagans was preceded in death by his wife, Glenda June Hagans, one daughter-in-law Judith Hagans and one granddaughter, Samantha Merritt. He is survived by his children, Belinda Sue Merritt (Terry), Mildred Denise Benton, Wendy Ann Hagans (Bruno Litman), Gary Wayne Hagans, James Ralph Hagans; one sister, Joanne Whitfield; two brothers, Johnny Hagans, Larry Hagans; his grandchildren, Nicholas Hagans, Jordan Hagans, Gary Wayne Hagans, Jr., Savannah Hagans, Cassidy Merritt, Terry Merritt, Jr., Jonathan Merritt, Timothy Merritt, Matthew Merritt, McKayla Spurlock, Gage Spurlock, Jonathan Benton, Stephanie Benton, Sabrina Benton and his five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2011from 10:00 until 11:00 am at the funeral home prior to the service.

My sincerest condolences to the family. Daniel 12:2 tells us "there will be many of those asleep in the ground of dust who will wake up, these to indefinitely lasting life." Soon all our loved ones will be resurrected to live in a new paradise earth where death will be no more, neither will pain and suffering. What a wonderful day that will be.
