So sorry to hear about the passing of Bro. Wilson, He was such an inspiration to us while we were attending Hunting Ridge Church a few years back and we never forgot our church family there or Bro. Wilson. Praying for the family today as the bid farewell for now but rejoice in knowing that one day we will all reunited as Bro. and Sisters in Heaven.

"God's finger touched him and he slipped away from earth's dark shadow to a brighter day;God saw the road was getting rough, the hills were hard to climb; He gently closed his weary eyes, and whispered,"Peace be Thine." To a beautiful garden this friend has gone, to a land of perfect rest; though he is gone he still lives on in the garden of memory.(Taken from the verse given to us @ Prattville Memorial Chapel)Author unknown What a privilage to have had this precious man of God as our Papa Gene for 21 yrs.I was his step-daughter, but he treated me like his own daughter & was a wonderful Christian husband to my Mom. He was a great example for mine & my husband(Keith),our girls & our grandchildren. We all loved him dearly. He was a man of Faith & we will always thank God for allowing him to be in our lives & for loving my Mom like he did & he did love her dearly. As she took care of him for a very long extended illness, he loved her more everyday. My husband, myself & Mom along with the wonderful Hospice care Nurse had the privilage of being right with him when our Lord Jesus ushered him into the gates of Heaven. We will miss him, but we plan to meet again at the feet of Jesus. Please esp. pray for my Mom(Juanita) and for Papa Gene's sons and all the family. Love from Gay & Keith & all our family.
