Seamon, Morris E. 85, a resident of Deatsville, Alabama passed away on Monday, February 20, 2012, following an extended illness. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church where he had served as deacon, a proud World War II Veteran and retired from Kopper's, Montgomery, AL.

Funeral services will be at Prattville Memorial Chapel at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2012, with Bro. James Bozeman officiating.  Interment will be at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery, with Prattville Memorial directing. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Rosa Golson Seamon; and his children William E. (Sonny) (Vickie)  Seamon, Linda (Bill) Hopper, Deborah (Stan) Hollon and Bruce (Jenny) Seamon; his grandchildren, Troy Seamon, Allison (Steve) Adams, Adam Hopper, Jonathan (Jessica) Hopper, April (Allen) Brothers, Tiffany (David) Gates, Joshua Seamon,  and Kaitlyn Seamon; two great-grandchildren, Isabella Brothers and Jackson Brothers.  A very special thank you to his caregivers Ginger Bailey and Glenda Gardner of whom he deeply appreciated.
