Dear family, I was honored to be able to visit with Mr. Merlin in his last days. Although I hadn't known him as he once was, I realized how loved this man was. I thought about all the things he's probably taught his children and grandchildren. Tony and I pray that you will use this time to remember his influence on each life and how he would want you to conduct the rest of your own life. When there has been the loss of a parent, it's a good time to reflect and see if people would speak so highly of oneself as they did Mr. Merlin. I don't know the family well, but I believe this advice could be used by ANY family at any time. I love you and I pray that you will all find healing power in the arms of our LORD! Time will heal the pain, but it won't erase those wonderful feelings you shared with him. In love, Tony & Suzi Johnson
