HARRISON, LAVERNE BEASLEY, 88, a resident of Prattville, Alabama died Sunday, February 05, 2012.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 2:00 pm from Prattville Memorial Chapel with Reverend Kenneth Harrison and Reverend Mark Stokes officiating.  Burial will follow in Prattville Memory Gardens with Prattville Memorial Directing.  Mrs. Harrison was a long time resident of thePrattvillearea where she served alongside her late husband Reverend Alton B. Harrison during his time as pastor of theAutaugavilleBaptistChurchand later as the first full-time Director of Missions for Autauga Baptist Association.  She also found time to be a devoted, loving and caring mother to her three sons, Henry Dale Harrison (Valerie), Norman Vance Harrison (Patricia Driver) and Raymond Ralph Harrison (Juanice).  She would later be blessed with eight grandchildren, Jonathan Harrison, Christopher Harrison, Sergeant Richard Harrison (Alabama National Guard), Sharon Henry, Reverend Kenneth Harrison, Heidi McClintock, Holli Closson and Ed Harrison and fourteen great-grandchildren..  The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at the funeral home from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
