Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Prattville Memorial. Burial will follow inPrattvilleMemoryGardenswith Prattville Memorial Chapel directing. He is survived by his loving wife, Debbie Sansom; one daughter, Amanda L. Sansom; one son, Donald W. Sansom, II., who is currently serving his country in the United States Air Force; one brother, Greg Sansom; two nieces, Heather and Lindsey; and numerous other extended family members and many friends. The family will receive friends at Prattville Memorial on Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Debbie, I am so saddened to learn of Don's passing. I hold so many fond memories of him and your family as we raised our children together. Randy said he would get the funeral arrangements to me but clearly he didn't do so in time for me to make the ceremony. I would like to visit and catch up a bit when you have the time.
